Хотелось бы подчеркнуть, дабы не было спекуляций. Эти два человека не хотят получить что-то от государства бесплатно.
В течение последних 20 лет Северное кладбище приближалось к их участкам.
Люди просто хотят жить в нормальных человеческих условиях. Они готовы обменять свои участки (собственность, 15 соток) на двухкомнатную квартиру. Неужели это не адекватное предложение? В данном районе рыночная стоимость одной сотки более 1 млн рублей?
Неужели город с огромным бюджетом и множеством квартир в собственности не может произвести МЕНУ? Или не хочет? ……
