Борзинский гарнизонный военный суд огласил обвинительный приговор Алексею Шункову. Военнослужащий с целью вовсе уклониться от прохождения военной службы, желая отдохнуть от исполнения обязанностей, 22 марта 2023 года не явился в установленный срок на службу в воинскую часть. 18 мая 2024 года Шунков был задержан в пгт. Забайкальск.
Суд назначил Шункову наказание в виде лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима на срок 5 лет и 6 месяцев.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
