Задержанный экс-начальник отдела управления Росреестра по округу является четвертым фигурантом громкого коррупционного дела.
Следователями установлено, что руководитель Росреестра Андрей Кудрявцев, возглавивший окружной депимущества, сменивший его на посту руководителя Андрей Кожин, глава Кадастровой палаты Максим Сартасов а также задержанный экс-чиновник, возглавлявший в Росреестре один из отделов, брали взятки от бизнесменов, за это занижая стоимость оцениваемой ими недвижимости.
Таким образом, обвиняемые совершили более 20 преступлений и обогатились более чем на 25 миллионов рублей. Также предполагается, что последний фигурант может скрываться в Турции.

There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
