С 2013 года его начали реконструировать под многофункциональный комплекс с помещениями под аренду, не без проблем (прорывалиьс трубы, арендаторов арестовывали, гигантская прозрачная крыша текла). Но в итоге здание удалось спасти и удачно перепрофилировать.

В 2021 году здание сыграло роль главного офиса Lumon Industries в сериале "Разделение".

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
