🇪🇹🇷🇺 Премьер-министр Эфиопии Абий Ахмед провел встречу с председателем Совета Федерации РФ В.И. Матвиенко и сопровождающей ее делегацией. По словам Абия Ахмеда, стороны обсудили двусторонние отношения.

В.И. Матвиенко по итогам переговоров сообщила, что власти Эфиопии планируют принять участие в торжествах, посвященных 80-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.

Помимо этого, она рассказала о планах провести в 2025 г. заседание межправительственной комиссии, а также 2-х бизнес-форумов для развития сотрудничества между предпринимателями России и Эфиопии.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
