На днях Центральный архив СПб опубликовал первый тендер в рамках проекта «Петербургский цифровой архив госфинансов и госуправления», с которым мы выиграли конкурс «Твой Бюджет 2.0» в прошлом году. В рамках данного тендера будет оцифровано 60 тысяч образов. Всего наш лимит - 150 тысяч образов, которые будут доступны всем без регистрации и смс.
Кстати, сегодня, в День города Санкт-Петербурга, информационный портал «Архивы Санкт-Петербурга» снова доступен бесплатно всем желающим (после регистрации): https://spbarchives.ru

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher.
