Трёхэтажное сооружение площадью 300 квадратных метров, а также земельный участок площадью девять соток, ещё один дом нежилого назначения и два гаража продают за 91,3 млн рублей. В объявлении также указано, что здание можно использовать для проживания или в коммерческих целях.

Отметим, что историческое строение расположено в центре города на улице Николая Чумичова. Рядом находится объект культурного наследия регионального значения — дом купца Мачурина.
