Он подчеркнул, что каждая финансовая операция, осуществляемая несовершеннолетними, должна быть предварительно одобрена взрослыми, иначе пользователи должны иметь право на возврат средств, потраченных их детьми.
По его мнению, современные инструменты позволяют проверять возраст пользователей и внедрять родительский контроль, а также требовать подтверждения для крупных транзакций.

"There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
