Но можно интерпретировать его и иначе: как продолжение всё того же противостояния англосаксонского, континентально-европейского и (со всеми понятными оговорками) русского проектов, принявших новые формы.
При этом Европа, ещё в XIXв раздираемая между русским и американским векторами, выбыла из гонки первой и оказалась на какое-то время поделена между советской и англосаксонской сферами влияния, в полном соответствии с высказыванием де Токвиля.
Европейский проект третий раз за 150 лет потерпел поражение.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
