Коллеги, к слову, справедливо отметили, что в ХМАО в ближайшее время вряд ли найдутся средства на какие-либо крупные проекты по развитию городской среды.
Так что назначение Ислаева вряд ли что-то глобально изменит.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
