Екатерина Аркалова приехала 23.02.2025 в Конюшенный двор Государственный музей «Ростовский кремль» с фильмом "ВОЛЯ ТВОЯ" Филь о духовенстве в режиме военного времени на новых территориях РФ. Удивительно совпал показ с праздником Защитника Отечества, так должны проходить такие праздники, как мне кажется, а еще в зале присутствовали учащиеся православно гимназии Троице-Сергиев Варницкий монастырь для ко орых фильм был также актуален, понятен и полезен. Спасибо Екатерина Аркалова за выступление и удивительно тактично и интеллигентно снятые кадры о войне!

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
