🔻 قال الفقيه أبو عبد الله الحفَّار المالكي - رحمه الله - كما في كتاب "المعيار" (١/ ١١٢-١١٣):
«ليلة المولد لم يكن السَّلف الصالح وهُم أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ والتابعون لهم: يجتمعون فيها للعبادة، ولا يفعلون فيها زيادة على سائر ليالي السَّنة. والخير كله في اتِّباع السَّلف الصالح الذين اختارهم الله له، فما فعلوه فعلناه، وما تركوه تركناه. فإذا تقرَّر هذا: ظهر أنَّ الاجتماع في تلك الليلة ليس بمطلوب شرعًا، بل يُؤمر بتركه».اهـ

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
