Он включает в себя множество инициатив, охватывающих различные сферы жизни семей.
В него в том числе входит:
✅ Сертификат молодожёнов: бесплатные обследования, консультации врачей и психологов для пар, планирующих детей. ✅ Помощь мамам и малышам: «Родовая сумка» и подарки для новорожденных. ✅ Единый центр планирования семьи на базе Перинатального центра: все анализы, эксперты и сопровождение в режиме «одного окна». ✅ Ремонты женских консультаций в Печенге, Кандалакше и Мурманске до 2026 года. ✅ 10 круглосуточных и ясельных групп для детей от 2 месяцев.
А также:
▪️ Центр поддержки семьи «Сопки.Семья» со школами будущих мам, лекциями о ЗОЖ, образовании и соцзащите. ▪️ Меры поддержки для студентов-родителей: группы для кратковременного пребывания детей в Мурманском медколледже и МАУ.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
