Вот для сравнения: 🕚на фото - мой вес 46 с копейками 🕚вес сейчас - 46 кг Было бы очень круто, если бы не одно но))) У меня нет практически половины от той мышечной массы, что была до беременности. А так как мы знаем, что мышцы весят больше, то до моей идеальной формы еще работать и работать)
Так что дело не в цифрах, а во многих остальных важных для нас факторах💓
