Сотрудниками ФСБ при попытке совершения теракта в г.Барнауле задержан учащийся одного из средне-специального учебного заведения Алтайского региона.
По версии следствия, задержанный гражданин России, 2006 г.р., являясь противником проведения специальной военной операции на Украине, по заданию представителей украинской террористической организации, предпринял попытку совершения поджога одного из военных комиссариатов края. При попытке совершения теракта фигурант был задержан возле объекта диверсии.
В рамках возбужденного по ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 1 ст. 205 УК России уголовного дела устанавливаются все связи и обстоятельства его преступных действий.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
