Самое любимое моё время — это когда заканчиваются праздники. Все с радостью сообщают, как надоело «вот это всё», потом с гордостью делятся, что возвращаются в режим и зафиналивают детоксами. Разными! Кто-то от мужа и детей, кто-то от салатов и бухлишка. Я тоже хочу быть как все, поэтому радостно сообщаю:

• на весах +2,5 кг (из которых 2,45 — отеки)
• сбитый к херам режим сна
• отсутствие спорта (лыжи горные + лыжи беговые не считаются)
• отсутствие растяжки
• отсутствие самых минимальных бьюти-уходов (как итог, даже губы все обветрились и потрескались)
• не пила витамины и таблетки
• не соблюдала питьевой режим

Рассказывайте, в чем нагрешили и что получили?
