Оказавшись в больнице израильтянин Арье Рабай и его сын немедленно стали постить постики: "Мы пережили нападение антисемитов. Смерть арабам!"
После инцидента, американская пресса выразила обеспокоенность ростом антисемитских настроений в США, а так же призвала увеличить военную помощь Израилю.
