Они объединили экспертизу и страсть к гастрономии, чтобы создать событие, которое откроет новые имена в ресторанном мире!
ЛАВРЫ – конкурс для молодых шефов, су-шефов и поваров до 30 лет, который даст шанс заявить о себе, поработать с топами индустрии и выйти на национальный уровень.
Один из организаторов – Алексей Горенский, лидер АСИ, ресторатор, соучредитель Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem и директор Института гастрономии СФУ – первого в России вуза в этой сфере. Его опыт в организации гастрособытий и обучении специалистов задаст высокую планку качества конкурса.
📅Этапы: 🔹 3–25 марта – онлайн-отбор 🔹 23–26 апреля – полуфинал и финал в Геленджике
По итогам отбора 16 лучших отправятся в Геленджик за счет организаторов, чтобы побороться за главный приз!
