По словам поставленного Россией главы города Михаила Развожаева, взрыв на улице Тараса Шевченко прогремел около 9 утра. Развожаев подтвердил, что водитель взорванного автомобиля — военнослужащий, спасти его не удалось.
Сейчас выясняются обстоятельства взрыва, «но очевидно, что нельзя исключать возможность диверсии», - сказал Развожаев.
