В рамках пилотного проекта по развитию мелкооптовых ХАБов на СПбМТСБ запускаются первые 3 - в Московской области. ХАБы (балансовые пункты реализации) объединяют нефтехранилища по географическому принципу. ХАБ Москва Запад, Восток и Юг.
После заведения инструментов планируется старт реализации нефтепродуктов на указанных базисах, на условиях самовывоз авто.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
