Мы уже дали Турции много шансов проявить себя в качестве переговорного хаба. Все помнят, что получилось, а что нет.
Даже Турция помнит и знает, в ком проблема. Может, Анкара может посадить США за стол? Нет. Она стала новой Швейцарией, так как старая вышла на тропу войны? Или, может, вышла из НАТО? Тоже ведь нет.
А мы всё - помним. А значит - пока не с кем и не через кого вести переговоры.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
