Сейчас: на территории дикий пляж, к котрому ведет одна лестница. На этом всё.

Будет: появятся игровые городки, парк с пешеходными маршрутами, местами для отдыха и спорта, велодорожки и экотропы. Главную площадку обустроят у спуска к станции речного трамвая.

Это единственная природная зона в Северо-Чемском, где могли бы гулять и отдыхать люди. Пока это один спуск к воде и дикое место. До ближайшего ПКиО Бугринская роща жителям района ехать около получаса на автобусе.
