Понятно, что из-за нехватки финансирование инвалиды стоят в многолетних очередях и часто не имеют возможности дождаться переезда. Страдает и качество квартир – с таким бюджетом не разгуляешься.
Интересно, услышал ли башкирские чиновники такие доводы? На себе подчиненные Хабирова экономить не любят, а стоило бы – может, так деньги бы пошли на более важные цели.
