В отношении заместителя главного инженера по строительству и инфраструктуре «ОДК-Сатурн» Ильи Крутова возбуждено уголовное дело о получении взятки в особо крупном размере (ч. 6 ст. 290 УК РФ), ему предъявлено обвинение и избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
Защита при обжаловании постановления суда об аресте указывала, что в нем не указаны «конкретные, фактические обстоятельства, на основании которых судья принял такое решение», а также что суду не предоставлено ни одного доказательства того, что Крутов является субъектом преступления.
Ярославский областной суд заключил, что это «является очевидным и установлено в том числе показаниями самого обвиняемого».

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
