When viewing a user's profile, their pinned stories are displayed at the top of the story list. Telegram allows you to pin up to three stories.
You can manage your stories in the newly added tab located in the side menu named "My Profile".

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
