Урал рвётся в столицу: челябинский «Базис» построит новый ЖК в Москве на улице Николая Химушина на участке площадью 1,7 га, купленном у ПИКа

На этой территории появится жилой комплекс, который будет состоять из двух башен разной этажности: 19 и 31. Общая площадь ЖК составит более 29 тыс. «квадратов».

Архитектуру разработала мастерская «Матрешка Инжиниринг».

Интересная попытка захода от небольшого регионального застройщика в Москву, учитывая, что рядом в этом месте ЖК «Метроном» от Брусники, «Открытый парк» и «Лосиноостровский парк» от ПИК, «Сиреневый парк» от AFI Development.
