За ці роки кожен із нас став сильнішим, витривалішим, згуртованішим. Ми навчилися жити під сиренами, працювати без світла, допомагати одне одному навіть у найтемніші часи. Ми бачили біль і втрати, але бачили й силу – у волонтерах, у військових, у людях, які попри все будують, творять і мріють про майбутнє.
Цей день – не про страх. Це день пам’яті, вдячності й віри. Пам’яті про тих, кого вже немає. Вдячності тим, хто бореться й працює заради перемоги.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
