Я обожаю кулинарные книги и часто их покупаю. Бокюза, Похлëбкина, Чадееву, Оливера, Рамзи, Зимина, etc. И когда в одном из самых приятных кулинарных издательств – «Хлеб*Соль» – вышел перевод легендарной «Основы французской кухни» Джулии Чайлд, схватила не глядя 😄

Много раз пересматривала «Джули и Джулия: готовим счастье по рецепту» – этот добрый фильм рассказывает историю появления книги и через персонажей Стенли Туччи с Мэрил Стрип даëт репрезентацию семейной пары, на которую приятно посмотреть, не умирая от кринжа.

В новом сериале «Джулия» (HBO max) нет этой магии, есть проблемы, которые герои последовательно решают, есть телевизионная кухня эпохи расцвета голубого экрана. Мешает, что я вижу, как это сделано. Хочу волшебство, как у Туччи и Стрип (люблю их). Джонни, сделай мне монтаж!
