Жалобу Владислава Бакальчука отклонили в суде. Муж Татьяны Ким требовал признать недействительной сделку о слиянии Wildberries с РВБ в декабре, а когда служители Фемиды отказали, подал апелляцию. Решением Десятого арбитражного апелляционного суда всё осталось неизменным.
Бакальчук считает несправедливой свою долю в 1%, а передачу активов маркетплейса в РВБ — вредной для него и бизнеса. Но доказать эти факты он не смог, а объединение ранее было одобрено ФАС.
