Новый сезон кадрового проекта Высшей партийной школы «Единой России» охватит 36 регионов и пройдёт в рамках 85 избирательных кампаний. Он направлен на поддержку начинающих политиков без опыта участия в избирательных кампаниях, в том числе, ветеранов СВО и волонтёров. Принять участие в «ПолитСтарте» могут граждане старше 18 лет. Слушателей проекта будут сопровождать опытные наставники, среди которых - политики и политтехнологи федерального и регионального уровней. Лучших участников «ПолитСтарта» из числа победителей предварительного голосования «Единой России» в июне пригласят на очное обучение в Высшую партийную школу в Москву.
