У Украины остаётся возможность «торговаться членством в НАТО в переговорах с Россией», добавил он.
Как ранее заявил глава МИД Венгрии, в итоговом документе саммита НАТО в Вильнюсе нет ни графика, ни даты вступления Украины в блок. А Байден говорил, что не видит единства в альянсе по вопросу приёма Украины прямо сейчас.
