Самая масштабная ёлка - в Мурманске, ей исторически подражают по стилю в Архангельске и Нарьян-маре. На удивление красочно в Лабытнанги. Воркута не сдаётся! Арктика - это про силу воли. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
