Пока мэрия Владимира тянет с первым собранием рабочей группы по благоустройству парка у ДТЮ, общественники из проекта «Владимир будущего» придумали способ показать, как важна эта территория. Милые открытки дизайнеров в стиле «Love is…» раскрывают главные плюсы парка и показывают, что владимирцам действительно важно в нем.

Иллюстрации действительно получились трогательные: художники показали и уникальную экосистему парка, и его первозданные виды, и приятное место как для пешеходов, так и для спортсменов.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
