Добрый день всем. Выставьте пожалуйста жалобу на "Тепло энерго сети' г. Карачаевск. Со вчерашнего обеда в а. Камменомост нету электричества!!!! Котлы работают от электричества! Мало того это не лето а зима и снег идёт, дома дубак. Маленький ребёнок, мама в возрасте, ни горячей воды, ни тепла!!! Со вчерашнего дня звоню им, они телефон не поднимают!!!!! Я буду писать на них в прокуратуру, надо будет и на сайт президента В. В. Путина!!!!! Это что за беспредел, снег пошёл впервые и сразу все полетело!???? Надо об этом думать заранее и тратить деньги на нужды города и поселений относящихся к городу, а не на свои нужды тратить!!!! Зла не хватает!!!
