Принят за основу ряд постановлений, вносящих изменения в порядок проведения дистанционного электронного голосования и определяющих требования к электронному списку избирателей. До 18 мая принимаются предложения по доработке документов.

Николай Булаев: «На федеральных выборах и референдуме Российской Федерации, а также на выборах, совмещенных с федеральными, решения о проведении ДЭГ принимает ЦИК России.
Решение о проведении ДЭГ на региональных выборах принимается по согласованию с ЦИК России избирательной комиссией соответствующего региона».
