Вчера из СК РФ пришла информация о возбуждении уголовного дела на владельцев погибших танкеров. Но! Без указания, по какой/каким статьям. В таком случае, всегда можно будет "поиграть статьями" и свести дело к какой-либо удобной статье КоАП РФ, к примеру, "проезд перекрёстка на запрещающий свет светофора", "парковка в неположенном месте"...
