🔻تاکید بر گسترش همکاری‌ها در دیدار سفیر پاکستان با معاون راهبردی رییس جمهور

🔹در جریان دیدار محمد مدثر تیپو، سفیر پاکستان در تهران، با دکتر محمدجواد ظریف، معاون راهبردی رئیس‌جمهور، موضوع همکاری‌های دوجانبه در حوزه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و امنیتی مورد گفتگو قرار گرفت.

🔹در این نشست، سفیر پاکستان گزارشی از روند همکاری‌های فعلی بین دو کشور ارائه کرد و بر اهمیت تقویت مناسبات در تمامی زمینه‌ها تأکید نمود. دکتر ظریف نیز با اشاره به جایگاه پاکستان به عنوان همسایه‌ای مهم، بر ضرورت ادامه و ارتقای همکاری‌های مشترک بین تهران و اسلام‌آباد تأکید شد.

🔹همچنین موضوع گسترش همکاری‌های همه جانبه در حوزه‌های مختلف از جمله همکارهای سیاسی، اقتصادی، مبارزه با تروریسم، افراط‌گرایی و انواع قاچاق مورد تأکید دوطرف قرار گرفت.

🔹لزوم هماهنگی بیشتر در چارچوب سازمان همکاری‌های اسلامی(OIC) و سازمان ملل متحد برای مقابله با اقدامات رژیم صهیونیستی نیز از جمله موضوعات مطرح شده در این دیدار بود.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
