В прошлом году мы определили возможность регионам регулировать время работы общепитов, что подразумевает фактический запрет наливаек, если такая есть в конкретном регионе. Более 25 регионов уже приняли или у стадии принятия подобных мер. Около 60 регионов прямо поддержали наш запрос на изменения, позицию Парламента страны по важности этой темы.
Мы должны включить логику здравого смысла, убрать логику «алкоголь пополняет бюджет страны».
