Самуил Лурье — продолжатель традиций критики Иннокентия Анненского и Корнея Чуковского, прозы Осипа Мандельштама и Бориса Пастернака, автор романа «Литератор Писарев» и трактата «Изломанный аршин». Встречи с ним на фестивале молодых писателей «Как хорошо!..» мы вспоминаем как огромную радость.
В книге «О Самуиле Лурье. Воспоминания и эссе», которую на вечере представят Николай Крыщук и Яков Гордин, друзья и коллеги Самуила Ароновича нарисовали коллективный портрет человека, рядом с которым им повезло жить и работать.
