Руководитель надзорного ведомства Светлана Аипова сообщила, что за год коммунальные службы Подмосковья устранили около 12 тысяч дефектов, выявленных председателями МКД. Для этого неравнодушные жители должны были в специальном мобильном приложении разместить данные о дефектах в содержании территорий и передать их на устранение ответственной организации. Сообщается, что замечания отработаны на 90% (до сих пор в работе?) в 34 муниципалитетах.
Есть еще одна любопытная статистика по данному направлению работы - за зимний период сотрудники ГУСТа Подмосковья сформировали более 84 тысяч ответов на обращения граждан по вопросам содержания территорий. Сколько из этих жалоб были решены - не сообщается, однако по наличию обилия претензий к работе коммунальных службы можно сделать вывод, что процент обеспечения комфорта жителей низкий.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
