Администрация Харькова потратит более 1.5 миллиона гривен на техподдержку мобильного приложения "карты харьковчанина".

Планируется, что на эти деньги будет работать приложение, в котором пользователи подают заявки на оформление карты и получают уведомления при изменении статуса их заявки.

Видимо, все укрытия уже построены, все разрушенное отремонтировано, а всем бездомным дали крышу над головой. Так что можно и на приложения тратить деньги.
