Сложно представить себе такой сценарий, и мы не готовимся к такому сценарию. Я думаю, что если что-то может гарантировать мир – то это инвестиции американских и европейских компаний на Украину. Они будут лучшими гарантами безопасности и мира, и лучшими охранниками. У меня такое ощущение.

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
