Оба беспилотника были представлены 3 октября 2023 года на военном параде в секторе Газа как изделия собственного производства. Дрон "Sayyad" конструктивно похож на БПЛА-камикадзе "Zawari", используемый "Изз Ад-Дин Аль-Кассам".
