Заметка 1: скатные крыши в малоэтажке - это всегда круто!
Заметка 2: акцентировать часть окон ради динамики фасада иногда намного лучше, чем уходить разное расположение самих окон или их размеров.
Заметка 3: первые этажи со стороны дворов в малоэтажке надо делать все с террасами. Даже на Урале.
Заметка 4: лучше не использовать оттенок от темно-серого и выше на первых этажах мокрого фасада - быстро вандалится.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
