Министр культуры РФ Ольга Любимова приняла участие в открытии фестиваля «Русские сезоны» в Омане. Фестиваль начался с выставки Эрмитажа «Дары Хивы и Бухары Российскому Императорскому дому» в Национальном музее Омана.

В Петербурге уже работает «зеркальный» проект «Уголок Омана в Государственном Эрмитаже». В программе «Русских сезонов» также проекты Третьяковской галереи, музеев Московского Кремля и фильм «Кинжал».

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
