#AI На грядущей неделе (15 ноября) я по приглашению профессора В.И. Гнатюка выступаю на семинаре «Общая и прикладная ценология». Этот семинар будет проходить в рамках 54-й Всероссийской научно-практической конференции «Фёдоровские чтения – 2024» в МЭИ.
Меня данный семинар заинтересовал, т.к. он посвящен философии техники, а в данном случае еще и вопросам о роли и месте искусственного интеллекта в технической реальности.
Интересно будет узнать чем занимаются люди, которые на такие семинары собираются. Ну и важно будет обкатать новый материал, подготовленный по мотивам моей статьи "Многоголосье молчания".

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
