Опубликовавший фото прокремлёвский телеграм-канал Hard Blog обращает внимание, что сам музей был восстановлен за счет финансовой помощи России в 2013 году. Басаев воевал на стороне чеченских (а в 1992–1993 гг. и абхазских) сепаратистов, организовал ряд громких террористических актов на территории России и был убит в 2006 году.

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
