Сегодня ЦИК России с ознакомительной экскурсией посетили участники общероссийского молодежного форума «Выбор ФМ».
Студенты и молодые специалисты, уже имеющие собственный опыт участия в выборах, сегодня увидели, как проходит работа в самом сердце российской избирательной системы.
В ходе экскурсии участники форума также узнали: ⭐️ что означает герб ЦИК России; 🏆 какие подарки хранит музей избирательной комиссии; 🗳 где принимаются решения, определяющие будущее выборов в нашей стране.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
