Печенье для новогоднего настроения ☃️

• 100 гр сливочного масла
• 240 гр муки
• 100 гр сахарной пудры
• 1 яйцо
• 3 гр сухого имбиря
• 3 гр корицы
• гелевый красный краситель

1. Растапливаем сливочное масло в микроволновой печи. И смешиваем с сахарной пудрой, имбирем, корицей.

2. Добавляем яйцо и опять перемешиваем.

3. Далее постепенно просеиваем муку и замешиваем тесто.

4. Готовое тесто разделяем на две части и одну часть окрашиваем в красный.

5. Даем тесту отдохнуть 40 минут в холодильнике. И далее делим каждую часть на 14 порций.

6. Собираем нашу трость как на видео.

7. Отправляем в духовку на 10-15 минут при 180 градусах.
