Сегодня состоялось заседание Совета первичных отделений партии «Единая Россия».

Этот год имеет особое значение: мы отмечаем 80-летие Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.
Первичные отделения «Единой России» играют ключевую роль в подготовке к мероприятиям, в рамках празднования. Партия запланировала целый ряд акций. Среди них: «Диктант Победы», «Письмо Герою», «Окна победы» и другие. Также мы готовы к поддержке инициатив наших коллег из первичных отделений.

Патриотизм, любовь к Родине и историческая память станут основой, вокруг которой будет выстраиваться наша работа. Будем вместе работать над тем, чтобы все запланированные мероприятия прошли на высоком уровне.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
